SLEEP STUDY REQUESTS: Sleep Studies are undertaken in good faith that the night scheduled for the study will be reserved by you to participate fully in the study and follow instructions given in order to collect respiratory data to rule in or out Sleep Disordered Breathing, as well as the prompt return of the sleep monitor immediately following your sleep study.
We reserve the right to schedule and charge a fee for a sleep study if data is not of sufficient standard to be reportable, due to any failure on your part to wear the monitor all night, and/or follow instructions given to ensure a successful study.
In the rare event of technical, or equipment difficulty or breakdown then a repeat study will be arranged at no further charge in the first instance, at a time convenient for both parties.
We reserve the right to charge the cost of a sleep monitor, should the monitor not be returned within the agreed timeframe.
CPAP MACHINES, MASKS & MASK PARTS PURCHASERS: CPAP/APAP machines are guaranteed for defects in workmanship or materials for 1 year, unless otherwise is stated by the manufacturer. Nasal masks, pillows, full face masks, oral appliances and oral masks and all mask or machine parts are guaranteed for defects in workmanship or materials for three months.
In the event of default we reserve the right to add late payment fees of 2.5% per month on any amount outstanding and to add all costs and expenses on a solicitor and own client basis if legal action is necessary, and/or Credit Collection costs which we may incur in recovering from you any overdue amount.
RETURN POLICY: We will accept returns on merchandise we sell that has manufacturing defects if returned within the guarantee period for that item.
We accept the return of unopened items and will credit the customer the purchase price. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used. To avoid this, we make every effort to help you be sure of sizes and features of items prior to purchase. Please call us if you have any doubt or question about your order.
If the product you purchased has defective materials and/or workmanship please contact us for trouble shooting and a receipt for return authorization.

A special note about masks: Mask sizes vary, even between the different models by the same manufacturer. Just because you wear a medium mask in one model, do not assume you wear a medium in another. Check with us to be sure!
